 | Lot #2956 RUSSIA Russia Used in Asia 1901 (9 Nov) money letter (opened for display) sent from the "Loktinskoye volost administration" (Tobolsk Province) to Odessa, with Loktinsk, Yelansk, Omsk and Odessa pmks. The letter contained 3 rubles to be transmitted to the Russian monastery on Mt. Athos in Greece.
