(swastikas on the sides) (Occupied Territory West) handstamp, addressed to a Dr.Helm, Dunkirk (O.T.-Revier), handstamped "Kurier Nr.120" and Fieldpost handstamp, with framed "Org. Todt" hs on back, v.f., rare cover, signed Beaudois, also Tust BPP, with his 1980 certificate (Organisation Todt (OT) was a civil and military engineering organization in Germany from 1933-45, named for its founder, Fritz Todt, an engineer and senior member of the Nazi Party. This conglomerate was responsible for a huge range of engineering projects in Germany and in occupied territories from France to the Soviet Union.
