1916 (28 Feb) registered cover headed "Service des Prisonniers de Guerre", with "Tientsin Eingeschrieben" and Tientsin Deutsche Post departure cds, additional handstamps, addressed to Budapest, opened and resealed by censor, oval "Ouvert par L'Autorite Militaire 2-8", returned to sender, this time via the U.S. Post Office ("Registered Shanghai China") and New York, on to Berlin, again to USA, back to Manchuria, with Moukden (15 Sep) postmarks, also several different postal labels in German and Hungarian, no less than 17 postmarks on back, remarkably well preserved and interesting item
