1901 (11 Feb) "Corps Expeditionnaire de Chine" official cover to the French Legation in Tokyo, canceled "Tresor et Postes Aux Armees 5 Chine", with arrival pmk, cover wear, otherwise fine. FPO No.5 was open in Tientsin from October 1900 to May 1902. This cover was not entitled to free franking, but postage due was not charged by the Japanese postal authorities
