Siberia Censored cachet, fine (U.S.P.A. Siberia borrowed the USPA "Shanghai, China" cancel and used it from 25th September to 17 October, 1918. Altogether, 57 (!) examples are recorded (of which 17 are in the Smithsonian), all struck in black, poor to barely legible strikes are the norm)

1919 (21 July) Japanese stationery lettersheet canceled "U.S.Postal Agency Siberia", endorsed "Soldier's Mail", censored, addressed to Portland, datelined "Suchan Mines" (the Suchan Campaign involved clearing and subsequent occupation of the mining region around Suchan (currently Partizansk) in a climatically-unforgiving region of Siberia during the Russian Civil War. The letter describes difficulties with mosquitos, etc.) (Japanese lettersheets were rarely used by the American Troops in Siberia)
