1872 (3 Jan) small FL from Metz to Cusset, paying 2gr with Germany 2gr Small Shield, tied by departure cds, repeated alongside, sent via Paris, where additional 25c was paid by 5c and 10c Empire and 10c Bordeaux (Repub Franc.) imperforate single, tied by blue "Paris Etranger 4 Jan 72" pmks, arriving at destination the next day, fine and unusual Germany and mixed-issues France combination franking
