 | Lot #607 RUSSIA Air Post Semi-Officials 1922 1,200m on 50k Consular Air Post, overprint type IV, position 9, small h.r., well centered and fresh, faint vertical crease at left and a single slightly short perf. at top, v.f., signed Romeko, Herbert Bloch, etc., with 1978 Friedl and 2023 Buchsbayew certificates.
