1899 (20 Feb) legal size cover to England, franked with a horizontal pair of the 1896 2 annas Typeset, pos. 9-10, left stamp small "o" in postage, used in combination with British East Africa 5a Queen Victoria, all tied by Kampala departure pmks, sent via Mombasa (Mar 23), with Paddington (Apr 15) arrival pmks on back, filing folds away from the stamps, fine and scarce mixed franking Uganda+BEA, with 1988 Holcombe certificate
