1888 (8 Sep) Erand LeRoi D'Etiolles philatelic creation, registered cover from Etreat to Switzerland, franked with First Issue imperf. 40c orange (probably reprint), used in combination with Type Sage 10c, tied by departure cds, handstamped "Telephone", with Lyon, Lausanne transits and Sentier (10.X.88) arrival pmks, certainly unusual and creative combination which went through the mails
