1861 undated outer FL from Salinas to Bogota, franked with New Granada 5c pale yellow horizontal pair, margins all around, canceled "Chita Franca" in black (Salinas and Chita are the same location), with sender's wax seal showing the origin (Salinas), filing folds and cover flaws away from the stamps, v.f., one of only four covers known from this correspondence and the one only franked with pair of 5 cents and the remarkable "Chita" cancel, with 2008 Moorhouse certificate "acknowledged as one of the finest of the few known 'New Granada' covers", ex-Londono
