1898 (6 Oct) registered cover from Shanghai to France, franked with remarkable combination of 1/2c (2), 2c (2),4c, 5c and 10c Imperial Chinese Post, used together with 1c (two, one on reverse) and 2c (2) Chinese Imperial Post Coiling Dragons, with large Shanghai Dollar strike below, sent via Hong Kong, where 30c Queen Victoria was added, canceled "Shanghae" (Oct 10), red "Modane a Paris" (11 Nov) entry, additional Shanghai Dollar, Hong Kong transit and Lyon (12 Nov) arrival pmks on back, minor perf. flaws at top, splendid cover
