1935 (22 June) Attempted Flight, New York to Rome, Italy, by George and Alfred de Monteverde in the airplane "Francesco de Pinedo." The attempt was unsuccessful. Cover with 2x6c franking, canceled New York on June 14, 1935, and again in Brooklyn on June 22, 1935.
