1865 (3 Nov) FL from Le Havre, via Paris to Caracas, paying 2.40fr with 3x80c rose, tied by "1769" large numerals, endorsed "Steamer de Liverpool du 6 Nov", with departure cds below, red "P.D." and London transit pmks, arriving in La Guaira, where 1/2r orange (small flaw at upper right) was added and canceled on Dec.2 1865, forwarded by "Hernandez & Rivodo" two days later to destination, fine and outstanding mixed franking, signed Brun, with his 2024 certificate
