1869 (Mar) mostly complete outer FL to Marseille, originating from Aleppo, franked with two Ottoman adhesives (20pa green and 1pi yellow), sent via the French Post Office in Alexandretta, where vertical pair of 20c blue Laure was added and tied by "5079" large numerals, with corresponding "Alexandretta Syrie" (4 Mar) cds alongside, also framed "Paquebots de la Mediterrane" in red, boxed "PD", on back "Smyrne Turquie" and Marseille (17 Mar) arrival pmks, fine and uncommon all stamps on front combination
