1871 (27 Feb) coverfront with single 10rp carmine, tied by Basel departure cds, addressed to Auch, handstamped "Affr. Insuf.", with vertical pair of 10c Laure added in Auch (2 Mar 71), filing fold through one of the stamps, otherwise fine. Also included is a picture postcard from Rorschach (9.9.02) to Italy, where it was charged penalty rate Postage Due, with addition of 2x5c carmine & magenta stamps, tied by Scotti arrival pmks
