1871 (22 June) complete FL from Bordeaux, franked with imperf. 10c (slightly cut in at upper left) and 20c Bordeaux Issue, addressed Mulhouse (Alsace Lorraine) through the forwarding agent in Basel, where the letter was redirected just across the border, with 10rp Sitting Helvetia added and tied by Basel (24.VI.71) cds, repeated alongside, also on back, framed "R.L." (border rate) handstamp, with Mulhouse arrival, fine and rare Franco-Prussian War Postal History item
