1875 (18 May) FL from Vera Cruz to Havana, franked with 25 blue (overprinted 25 75), tied by blue oval, sent via the French Post Office where horizontal strip of 4x30c Ceres was added, canceled by Anchor, with octagonal "Vera-Cruz Paq. Fr.B.No.4" (18 May 75) maritime pmk, boxed "P.P." and ""Mexique" datestamps, charged "4" on arrival in Havana (21 May), horizontal filing fold slightly affecting the 25c stamp, little toning, still a fine combination franking
