1875 (18 Apr) FL from Mexico City to Havana, franked with 10c Hidalgo (Vera Cruz), tied by cds, sent via the French Post Office where pair of 30c Ceres was added, canceled by Anchor, with "Vera-Cruz Paq. Fr.B.A. 1" octagonal maritime, red "P.P." and charged "3" on arrival, with arrival (21 Apr) on back, filing fold away from the stamps, fine and attractive combination franking, signed S.Aguirre, also Brun, with his 2024 certificate
