1908 4pi on 1L, with "4" omitted, used on large registered cover from Constantinople to Specco, additionally franked with 30pa on 15c double surcharge and 1pi on 25c block of four, lower left stamp with "1" omitted, filing folds away from the stamps which have some usual toned spots, fine-v.f., the 4pi on 1L variety is unpriced in Sassone and possibly unique, undoubtedly a rare "triple" error cover, with 2005 Sorani certificate
