1869 2c brown, single and vertical bisect on yellow, faintly illustrated Pennsylvania House of Representatives cover to Gettysburg, with indistinct circular datestamp, 1872 docketing at left, missing top flap, fine and very scarce and attractive usage, with 1986 PFC declining opinion, in spite of the fact that the stamps are tied in several ways, including oily bleed-thru from blue cancel, ex-Mack (2004 Siegel sale, $2,000 hammer), offered AS IS
