There is an old-world collection of Mixed Frankings and Redirected Mail, formed by a European gentleman, with an extraordinary selection of combination usages.  | Lot #387 COLOMBIA Air Post 1919 2c carmine rose, unused with original gum, h.r., faint overall toning, light horizontal crease, well centered for issue, with slightly blunt perforations at top, signed Scott Stamp Co., etc., also Diena, with his 1963 certificate. Only 200 copies of this overprint were prepared for the experimental flight from Barranquilla to Puerto Colombia. Approximately 160 were used on covers.
