1899 10c on 10c brown, type II, l.h., well centered, fresh and v.f. example of the Cuba 10 cent on 10 cent Special Printing, with 1986 PFC. (In March 1900 one pane of each denomination was prepared for the Paris and Pan-American Expositions. For the 10c, Type II design was used, and it is only known as a Special Printing).
