1898 2c copper red, plate proof on card, margins all around including frameline at left, v.f., extremely rare, only a few known (of the nine Trans-Mississippi denominations, only the 2c and $2.00 exist in plate proof on card form. It is estimated that five or less exist of the 2c proof. At some point the vignettes for the 2c and $2.00 were switched, perhaps this is why plate proofs of these denominations were released),
