1902 I.R.Official, 10sh ultramarine, watermarked Anchor, perf. 14, overprinted type O2, variety raised stop after the letter "R", top sheet margin single, unused without gum, slightly soiled, with short perforations at bottom left, accompanied by a 1956 BPA certificate ("genuine but without gum and slightly soiled"), good color, fine and rare stamp (originating from the 1947 Harmer, Rooke find). A rarity from Great Britain, missing in most major collections as only 7 (!) examples have been recorded, all without gum (SG O26a)
