Yacov Tsachor, the foremost authority and expert of all Holy Land Areas, has exhibited his French Postal History collection at numerous International Exhibitions, garnering Large Golds all over the World (most recently in 2022 at London), Helvetia and Hunfilex. The collection is an erudite study of French Domestic and Foreign rates, destinations, maritime mail, Consular Agencies, Redirected Mail and unusual franking combinations. There are eight covers franked with Tete-Beche pairs, used from Shanghai, Yokohama, Havana, as well as three examples of 15c Error of color on cover or card.
