The collection is an erudite study of French Domestic and Foreign rates, destinations, maritime mail, Consular Agencies, Redirected Mail and unusual franking combinations. There are eight covers franked with Tete-Beche pairs, used from Shanghai, Yokohama, Havana, as well as three examples of 15c Error of color on cover or card.
