We begin with a nice selection of 19th and early 20th Century United States. European Countries include Austria, Germany and Colonies, Italy and Colonies, Luxembourg, Norway, Iceland, Portugal and Colonies, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. There are many rare and seldom offered classics. Most of the individual lots are accompanied by certificates as well as excellent and comprehensive balances offered intact, with Greece, Germany, Bulgaria, and many others. LARGE LOTS AND COLLECTIONS HELIGOLAND
1875-1890 large specialized collection of Berlin, Hamburg and Leipzig Reprints, thousands of stamps including 68 complete sheets of 50, plus smaller multiples, blocks of four, pairs, etc., mostly written-up and identified on pages (using the Lemberger handbook and a matrix developed by Robert Pollard in his APS article (both included), with a group of six inverted centers (accompanied by a 1940 Behrens letter describing the items), plus a sheet of 10x2 1/2p (Michel 18h), with 2014 Brettl certificate, large block of 12x2sh rouletted, various stationery cards and cut squares, two "Marine Schiffspost" cards from Helgoland, one with Flugplatz handstamp, both used during WWI in 1915.
