There are many rare and seldom offered classics. 1849-1915 balance of the collection on Scott album pages, 95 different unused singles, with King Leopold 20c blue (No.2, unused without gum, small repair, with 2023 Philatelic Foundation certificate), 1858-61 imperfs, 1863 perforated Leopold, continuing with 1fr pale violet (17) and 10c-40c (18-21), Coat of Arms, issues to 2fr, 1883-1900 with labels, Postage Dues, some Parcel Post; Belgian Congo, 1886-1915 complete, including additional 5fr deep lilac (5b), No.11 (APS certificate), Pictorials, 1908 overprints, etc., mixed condition, some usual minor faults noted, mostly fine or better, with many scarce stamps included, high catalogue value
