MEXICO
1825 (April) FL from Vera Cruz to Barcelona, probably originated at San Juan de Ulua (last Spanish holdout in Mexico) and carried by the Royal Spanish Navy frigate "Vengador", with "Yndias" and "7.R" due in Spain, fine example of mail carried by the Spanish Royal Navy. The Fort surrendered in November to General Miguel Barragan
