1901 4c deep red brown and black, center inverted, part original gum, nicely centered for this difficult stamp, vertical thin at left, crease and small surface scrape, otherwise a v.f. example of this rare stamp, most of which were handstamped "Specimen" or stuck down for distribution through official channels and thus the catalogue value is for partial or disturbed gum, with 2018 PFC,
