1866 (18 May) FL sent unpaid from Constantinople to Cephalonia where it was charged 115L with the addition of 5L, 10L, 20L and 80L Large Hermes Heads, each canc. by "110" numerals, first two with margins cutting in at sides, neat Constantinople departure on front, with arrival 22 March, 1866 Cephalonia on back, fine four color franking from Turkey to Greece
