1905 (11 Jan) registered letter (opened for display), franked with 7k (rounded corner), sent from Aleksandrovsk to St. Petersburg, charged 14k on arrival (penalty rate), with 10k and 4x1k cancelled 16 February, fine and rare cover, with 1990 Mikulski certificate ("the only known Imperial letter where penalty due was paid with stamps, rather than in cash")
