1913 (26 Nov), Military Post Postal Distribution cancel on 1/2c C.I.P. adhesive, canceled on piece, v.f. (Shortly after Yuan became President, Mongolia declared independence from China, signed an agreement with Russia and denied China the right to station troops in Mongolia. Yuan dispatched a Chinese fighting force under General Wong to regain Mongolia for the Republic of China. While foreign post offices were usually set up in the areas of operation, the Chinese used Waterlow London overprints with the new military chops, which ceased to be used after 1914)
