1854 (25 July) cover to Puy, paying soldier's concessionary rate of 20 centimes, with pair of 10c imperf. Empire, showing full sheet margin and filet "d'encadrement" at top (creased over edge of the cover but still with full margins all around), canceled by "AOB" lozenge, with "Armee d'Orient/Sed're" (Bureau Sedentaire Bulgaria) departure cds at left, Nimes (Aug 5) transit and arrival pmks on back. The letter is addressed to "Madame Generale Couston", fine cover used by a French officer in transit from Crimea, 2015 Gregory Todd certificate
