Empire (paying 50c old rate, overpaying 10c due to recently reduced tariff of 1.7.1854), ample margins to cut in at top, other faults, canceled by "AOA" lozenge, with "Armee d'Orient/Bau.A" (Bulgaria) departure cds at top, straight-line "Charge" in red, Marseille (25 July) and Lyon arrival pmks on back.
