1857 (20 June) FL dated internally at the Ottoman bank in Galatz, written in English to Constantinople, struck on departure with oval "Agenzie Del Lloyds Austriaco Galatz" in blue (Tchilingirian fig.28), without rate markings, as the Ottoman bank would have had an ongoing account with the Lloyd Office, fine cover, with 2015 Gregory Todd certificate
