Welcome to our February 7-8, 2023 Sale of Rare Stamps and Postal History of the World, which will take place at our Teaneck, N.J. Galleries and over the internet via CherrystoneLIVE. This 1,366 lot sale features better United States, with quality material assembled by a Japanese gentleman. Foreign countries include Albania, with 1913 Double Eagle handstamps, Austria, France and Colonies, Germany with a selection of WWII Occupation Issues, Great Britain and British Commonwealth with Australia, BNA, New Zealand, British Asia and Africa. There are rarities from Iran, including postal history, Italy and Italian Colonies, a collection of hand-painted Karl Lewis covers and more. The auction concludes with over two hundred Large Lots and Collections, ranging from single country albums and specialized collections, to multi-carton worldwide groups and large cover lots offered intact.

(with certificates), George V with various Printings and Dies, Bluenose, etc., with Air Post, Special Delivery, Postage Dues, Registration stamps and Officials, Provinces include British Colombia, New Brunswick, extensive Newfoundland with Classics, complete sets including some additional shades, Air Post including Do-X and Balbo Flight, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island including 1870 2p rose block of 25, mixed condition with used and unused, faults to be expected, generally fine-v.f., enormous catalogue value

1851-1957 collection in 2 SAFE albums, mostly unused, with Queen Victoria singles, Jubilees to 20c, also 50c (n.h.), Maple Leaf 1/2c-10c complete (missing 3c), Numerals to 8c, Quebec, Admirals to $1, plus booklet panes, coils, Scroll Issue to $1, plus additional 50c Bluenose, 1930-31 set and others, many n.h., but stuck down (due to humidity) to the plastic album pages (most easily removed, but resulting in dried, disturbed gum), high catalogue value
