This 1,366 lot sale features better United States, with quality material assembled by a Japanese gentleman. Foreign countries include Albania, with 1913 Double Eagle handstamps, Austria, France and Colonies, Germany with a selection of WWII Occupation Issues, Great Britain and British Commonwealth with Australia, BNA, New Zealand, British Asia and Africa. There are rarities from Iran, including postal history, Italy and Italian Colonies, a collection of hand-painted Karl Lewis covers and more. The auction concludes with over two hundred Large Lots and Collections, ranging from single country albums and specialized collections, to multi-carton worldwide groups and large cover lots offered intact.

1941 (24 July) large cover headed "India-Chungking-England" with pre-printed Roland Heath address in London, franked with George V 15r and pair of 25r, used in combination with George VI 2a6p, 3a, 1r and 5r (2), paying an incredible 76r5a6p franking from Calcutta, tied by departure pmks, with triangular Passed by Censor hs, Opened by Censor labels and resealed at left, cover wrinkles at top, a 25r adhesive with a closed tear, a splendid mixed George V and George VI high value franking, extremely rare
