1916 cover with pre-printed "Hilfsaktion fur Deutsche u Osterr-Ungar. Gefangene in Siberien,Tientsin, Nord China" (Help activities for Germany and Austrian-Hungarian prisoners in Siberia) on backflap, sent by a Hungarian POW in Siberia to a point in Hungary, registered from German Post Office in Tientsin (1.4.16), returned unclaimed, with a myriad of markings on both sides, including U.S. Postal Agency, Shanghai, New York and Seattle registry pmks, Moukden, Manchuria and Chinese Post Office Tientsin.
