BULGARIA
1921 (4 July) printed matter (medical advertisement), sent from Sofia to Kasptchan (6 July), franked with 10st commemorative issued for the "Occupation of Macedonia", fine and scarce usage of one of these controversial stamps (printed in Berlin in 1915, but due to WWI, not delivered until 1921. The Yugoslav government protested and the stamps were officially withdrawn on 30 June, 1921. The stamps became known as the "Forbidden Issue" and only a few commercial covers are known). Accompanied by 2016 Thomas Hitzler certificate stating that a maximum of 20 non-philatelic covers survive, "One of only a few recorded uses after 30 June. A rarity of Bulgarian philately - perfect postal history"
