1881 (19 Apr) FL to Plovdiv, franked with horizontal pair of 10pa perf. 13 1/2, tied by purple bar provisional cancelation of Klisoura, which at that time did not have a proper postal datestamp. All accepted mail received a provisional cancelation of bars, or was obliterated by ink. Afterwards, all mail was directed to the post office in Karlovo, which had a "Pochta Karlovo" departure pmk, A fine and rare postal history item, only a few covers from Klisoura with provisional cancelation are known, with 2016 Thomas Hitzler certificate
