1915 Skanderbeg Issue in Turkish currency, used at the beginning of Essad Pascha's second regime, just before the stamps were overprinted with his seal, complete set of six, all stamps tied by the star type seal of the post office of Mollas ("Zyra e Postes Mollas"), with date 15-9-15 added by hand, sent via Elbasan, where it was handed over to the Serbian Post Offices and sent via Qukes to Debar, with circular censor marking, v.f., with 2008 Otto Graf certificate ("the use of unoverprinted Skanderbeg stamps by the posts of Essad Pascha's second regime as well as the Mollas cancel are very rare")
