1919 (15 Nov) cover franked on both sides with two each 15k, 25k and 50k, plus single 20k paying the correct 2r rate from Achinsk, addressed to the Welfare Committee for Prisoners of War in New York, Vladivostok censor hs, opened and resealed, fine usage from Achinsk, just west of Krasnoyarsk on the Trans-Siberian Railway
