1918 (5 Nov) YMCA cover franked with Imperial Arms adhesives, paying 30k from Vladivostok to County Sheriff Davenport, Iowa, "rece'd Dec.10-18" docketing, "Opened by Censor" seal and handstamped "Passed by censor 1437" on back, fine cover from Vladivostok to Iowa, using YMCA envelope. After the Czechs had overthrown the Soviet forces, various U.S. Civilian contingents were sent to give assistance, including a substantial group from the YMCA.
