Imperial Arms, tied by cds, repeated below, sent via Changchun, China, with I.J.P.O. Changchun and Yokohama transit pmks, "Examined by Censor" tape applied in the United States (partly covering the 15k adhesive), some cover wear, otherwise fine and unusual private correspondence from an American officer in Harbin, China to his family in Wisconsin
