Other noteworthy areas include the late Roy Koczarski's award-wining collection of Poland, plus Russia, with an unused Number One. 1884-85 four legal size envelopes headed "International Inventions Exhibition, London 1885", with the crest of the exhibition on the backflap, each handstamped with the blue dated "International Inventions Exhibition South Kensington" and red "Official Paid London SW" datestamp, two white envelopes used in 1885 and two blue envelopes (each with letter from the exhibition secretary's office) one sent Oct 1884, the other 12 Feb 1885, all to Bridgenorth, with arrival markings. In addition, there are two (1886) Post Office Notices, announcing changes "New Scale of Weight and Charge for Inland Parcels", plus larger (1888) Inland Parcel Post Notice (some wear and soiling at right), fine and unusual group
