1914 (21 Oct) cover franked with pair of 5c Dollar Sign overprints, sent from Zacazonapan, Mexico to "Beirut Syria Turkey", handstamped "Undeliverable L.P.S.", opened by Censor seal (in London), returned back to Mexico, with "Rezagos" (dead letter office) label on top (torn on opening as usual), additional 24 Oct, 1914 Mexico arrival cds on back. World War I prevented deliveries via Great Britain to the Central Powers, including the Turkish Empire
