1943 (20 June) registered and flown cover from Sebha to Douala, Cameroun, franked with 5fr on 50c surcharged in red, used in combination with 4x1fr on 25c Provisional Surcharges, all tied by "R.F. Sebha/Fezzan" circular datestamps, with corresponding Registry label alongside, Port Lamy transit and Douala arrival pmks on back, filing folds away from the stamps, rare usage, signed Bolaffi, also Alberto Diena, with his 1971 certificate (catalogued as one stamp on cover and others as used)
