 | Lot #691 ITALIAN WORLD WAR II OCCUPATION ISSUES FEZZAN - French Occupation 1943 (19 May) picture postcard from Mourzouk to Sebha, franked with 1f on 10c on front and top sheet margin vertical strip of three of Postage Dues 1f on 10c, top two stamps double overprint, one in red, tied by "R.F. Postes/Fezzan" double-ring handstamp, with "R.F.
