1931 Investiture of Maharaja Man Singh II, 1/2a-5r complete set of 12, each stamp overprinted in red with sun and "Investiture March 13, 1931", unused with original gum, with some black adhesions (from the presentation card on which they were mounted), fresh and fine-v.f., each signed Sismondo, with his 2020 certificate. A rarity from Indian Feudatory States, only 18 (!) sets were prepared, as gifts to dignitaries (footnoted in Scott after No.24-35, unpriced, also in Stanley Gibbons after No.40-51, £9,000)
